I have an apartment located in Zhongguancun, Haidian district of Beijing, Olympic area. The apartment is near Peking University .It is very convenient to get to the Olympic stadiums. It is also very convenient to take the public transport. The bus station is located in front of my apartment building. It is 10 minutes away to the Subway station on foot. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Carrefour and Zhongguancun Shopping Mall. The apartment is fully furnished and nicely decorated. It has 24-hour security and electronic appliances. It also has the added bonus of having 24 hour hot water. There is also ADSL and cable TV.
The apartment comes complete with 1 kitchen (including a dinning room), 1 living room and 1 bathroom. The apartment is available for both long and short term lease. The price of short term rent during Olympic will be 500 Yuan per day, however to rent for one year or more the rate is 4000 Yuan per calendar month. The apartment is available to rent from July 15 2008. If you require to rent the apartment daily, I do request a minimum of 10 days stay.
