Downtown nice apartment for rent
My 1st-floor apartment is newly renovated with hardwood floors. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one kitchen, and one big living room, both bathrooms have the showers.
This apartment is 110 square meters, with full furniture and appliances (Electric cooker, Microwave, air conditioners, refrigerator, Television, Washing machine and all you needs, 24hours security).
My apartment is located in the center of Beijing, inside the north second ring road, it is in the culture preservation zone of Ming and Qing dynasty. 3 minutes’ walking to the famous GuoZiJian, the imperial College during the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties, Kong Miao, or the Confucius Temple,
and LaMa Temple. Just 5 minutes walking to the subway station of LaMa Temple or AnDingMen.
5 Minutes driving to the Forbidden City if no traffic jam.
Requirement:
I would like to rent for long term, which means no less than one year. 5500RMB/month, 10000RMB need pay for security deposit, and this could withdraw to you when you leave if no furniture and appliance are damaged.
if you want to rent for short term, it could be very expensive.
